RapiLigation Mix is a new and efficient T4 DNA ligase premixed solution. RapiLigation Mix is a 2× premix containing basic reaction buffer, ligation enhancer and unique enzyme protectant and stabilizer. It has the advantages of high efficiency, fast speed, high sensitivity and convenient operation, which can greatly shorten the ligation time and improve the ligation and cloning efficiency of PCR products.

Blunt end ligation: Ligation of the vector digested by blunt end enzyme and the PCR product amplified by high fidelity polymerase.

Cohesive end ligation: Ligation of the vector and the gene fragment digested by cohesive end enzyme.

Ligation of T-vector: Ligation of T-vector and the 3' A-terminal fragment amplified by Taq and other polymerases.
