Description

The TGreat Expert is a new generation gradient thermal cycler of powerful functions and high performance. It adopts a 10.1-inch capacitive touch screen, simple and intuitive operation interface, precise temperature control performance, stable operation and produces excellent and reliable results, which can meet a variety of PCR experimental needs.

12 well positions were selected for 1.5 Kb fragment amplification by Touchdown PCR to verify the temperature uniformity between wells of several gradient PCR instruments. The PCR product was loaded on gel in order 1-12 from left to right (Figure 2).
Test result: TGreat Expert produced bright bands, 100% amplification detection rate and uniform bands in all wells, indicating the excellent performance in temperature control accuracy and temperature uniformity across different wells.

The results of electrophoresis showed that the long bands produced by TGreat Expert were uniform, and the unspecific bands were weak. The specificity performance of TGreat Expert was relatively good. The bands in the same group were uniform among the wells, and the temperature control accuracy and temperature uniformity were excellent.
