  • Description

    Ultra HiFidelity PCR Kit II is a novel high-fidelity PCR master mix designed for PCR-based cloning, detection, and other molecular biology applications. The convenient one-tube format simplifies reaction setup, reduces hands-on time, and minimizes pipetting errors.

    The kit contains a hot-start high-fidelity DNA polymerase that effectively suppresses non-specific amplification and prevents enzyme activity loss during reaction preparation, ensuring excellent specificity, sensitivity, and reproducibility.

    An integrated PCR Enhancer improves tolerance to common PCR inhibitors and enhances amplification performance across templates with varying GC content. This makes the kit particularly suitable for GC-rich targets, complex secondary structures, and challenging PCR samples.
