Direct PCR
PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) is an in vitro nucleic acid amplification technology. Its basic principle is enzymatic DNA synthesis reaction, that is, in the presence of template DNA, primers and deoxyribonucleic acid, the DNA fragments are cyclically replicated and rapidly amplified by the catalysis of thermostable DNA polymerase through the steps of DNA strand thermal denaturation, primer annealing and primer extension.
TIANGEN’s direct PCR kits adopt a unique packaging design that includes all the reagents for rapid genomic DNA preparation and PCR amplification. It is applicable for the one-step genome DNA purification from various samples and the subsequent PCR amplification and detection. The whole process does not include homogenization, smashing, overnight digestion, organic solvent extraction, ethanol precipitation or column purification steps. Stable results can be obtained with simple and fast operations.
