Experimental Example
DNA extracted from soybean meal and soybean powder samples using the TGuide Smart Processed Food DNA Kit (GDP680) and four comparable commercial products was amplified by real-time quantitative PCR using a reference primer and probe set targeting the soybean lectin gene.
Quantitative Instrument: ABI 7500 Real-Time PCR System
Quantitative Reagent: SuperReal Real-Time PCR Master Mix (Probe) (GFP206)
The results demonstrated that DNA extracted using the TGuide Smart Processed Food DNA Kit (GDP680) achieved superior real-time PCR performance, yielding lower Ct values compared with other tested brands, indicating higher DNA quality and improved amplification efficiency.
