    This kit is specifically designed for the extraction of high-quality total RNA from a wide range of plant tissues, particularly samples with high levels of polysaccharides, polyphenols, and starch. It is highly effective for challenging plant materials, including cotton leaves, mature rice leaves, Arabidopsis seeds, white pine needles, banana, loquat leaves, potato tubers, apple, pear, watermelon pulp, kiwifruit, rose, tobacco, sea buckthorn, lily, and many other plant species.

    The optimized extraction chemistry enables efficient removal of contaminants, resulting in total RNA with excellent purity, high integrity, and minimal genomic DNA, protein, or other impurity carryover. The isolated RNA is suitable for both routine and demanding molecular biology applications.

Experimental Example

According to the recommended dosage in the instruction manual, samples of each type listed in the table above were collected.

Total RNA was extracted using the TIANGEN High-Efficiency Polysaccharide and Polyphenol Total RNA Extraction Kit based on magnetic bead technology (DP772), in combination with an automated nucleic acid extraction system.

RNA was eluted in 100 μL elution buffer, and 5 μL of each extract was loaded for electrophoresis analysis.
