● The warranty period for this product is 12 months. During the warranty period, if the user experiences machine failure under normal use, please contact the sales staff. We will provide you with free maintenance as well as after-sales service.

● Free repair, replacement and return are not provided even during the warranty period in either of the following cases:

● Failure and damage caused by natural disasters such as a fire, earthquake, flood, wind, lightning strike and abnormal voltage, public hazards, or erosion by chemical substances;

● Failure or damage caused by use under adverse conditions (fumes, dust, moisture, prolonged direct sunlight exposure, etc.) or by failure to use or maintain the instrument in accordance with the requirements of the operating instructions;

● Failure or damage caused by dropping, moving, transporting, foreign objects or products not manufactured by our company.
