Description
The Hi-Swab DNA Kit based on silica membrane technology and a unique buf er system is used for ef ective genomic DNA purif cation. The spin column consists of new type silica-gel membrane in this kit, that can bind DNA easily and specif cally. Genomic DNA can be ef ectively and specif cally purif ed from oral swab, throat swab and mouthwash samples. The extracted genomic DNA has high purity as well as stable and reliable quality. -

Sample Preservation Buffer -
Storage Condition
This kit can be stored dry for 15 months under room temperature (15-30℃). For long-term storage, store at 2-8℃.
When stored at 2-8℃, precipitation might be formed in buffer. Place the buf ers at room temperature for a period of time before use, and if necessary, incubate the buf ers in a 37℃ water bath for 10 minutes to dissolve the precipitation.

Important Notes
● The samples should avoid repeated freezing and thawing, otherwise the extracted nucleic acid fragments will be smaller, and the extraction yield will be reduced.
● If precipitates have formed in Buffer GBS, dissolve them by incubating at 37°C.
● If the sample cannot be extracted in time, it can be stored in the Sample Preservation Buffer. Long-term preservation will not affect the extraction effect.
