  • Description

    The RNA Easy Fast Tissue/Cell Kit is a rapid RNA extraction kit for animal tissues developed based on the genomic DNA removal technology exclusively developed by TIANGEN. Toxic reagents such as β-mercaptoethanol or DTT are not needed during the operation. The whole process of RNA extraction can be completed within 30 minutes and large number of diferent samples can be extracted at the same time. The total RNA extracted from this product has high yield, good purity and no pollution of protein and other impurities.     Suitable for downstream operations, including RT-PCR, RT-qPCR, chip hybridization, Northern Blot, Dot Blot, PolyA screening, in vitro translation, RNase protection analysis and molecular cloning, etc. 

  • Required Reagents

    Absolute ethanol, 70% ethanol

  • Storage Condition

    The reagents can be stored at room temperature (15-30℃ ). The RNase-Free DNase I should be stored at 2-8℃.

  • Important Notes

    ● If the subsequent experiments have strict requirements for RNA purity, DNase I can be selectively added for digestion. Please refer to optional DNase I digestion step in the protocol. DNase I is not supplied in this kit, please refer to the optional reagents for the cat. no. GRT411 for purchasing.

    ● Before the first use, absolute ethanol should be added into Buffer RW. Please refer to the label on the bottle for the ethanol volume.

    ● If not specified, the following operations shall be carried out at room temperature.

    ● Do not recommend storage sample in  buffer with lysing capacity.

  • Experimental Example

    RNA extracted from 15 mg rat liver sample using the RNA Easy Fast Tissue/Cell Kit and relevant product from supplier A and T.

    Elution volume: 100 μl; Loading volume: 3 μl

    M: TIANGEN Marker D15000

    Experiment result: RNA Easy Fast Tissue/Cell Kit has higher extraction rate than the relevant product from supplier A and T.
