The TIANprep Midi Plasmid Kit adopts the advanced silica membrane adsorption technology. The procedure is the same as that of the spin column-based mini prep kit. The maximum adsorption capacity can be up to 70 μg. The purified DNA can be directly used for molecular biology experiments such as enzyme digestion, transformation, sequencing and PCR, etc.
