  • Description

    TIANSeq Single-Indexed Adapter is DNA adapters specially developed for Illumina high-throughput sequencing platform. It can be used to construct DNA and RNA libraries for Illumina high-throughput sequencing platform. The kit is divided into packages with12 adapters and 24 adapters. Each adapter contains a unique 6-base index sequence (barcode) for distinguishing different samples when multiple samples are mixed for sequencing.

    ■ Convenient: SetA and SetB both supply 24 single index, which can be freely selected according to requirements.

    ■ Easy to use: The kit is equipped with Adapter Dilution Buffer, which has strong stability and can be directly used for adapter solution dilution.

  • Applications

    1. This product is used for the construction of DNA and RNA libraries for Illumina high-throughput sequencing platform in the application of next generation sequencing (NGS).

    2. Specific applications of the product include whole exon sequencing, targeted sequencing, RNA- Seq, ChIP-Seq, directed sequencing and whole genome sequencing.

    3. It should be noted that this product is not suitable for methylation-related sequencing.
