  • Description

    TIANSeq End Repair/dA-Tailing Module is an optimized premixed enzyme module specially designed for the construction of DNA library for Illumina high-throughput sequencing platform. It can repair the ends of small fragments of DNA or fragmented double-stranded DNA treated by ultrasonic treatment, chemical treatment and enzyme treatment to form flat ends of DNA double strands. The 5'-P and 3'-dA are added to both ends of the fragmented DNA respectively, and the obtained product is directly used for adapter ligation with TIANseq Fast Ligation Module (4992354/4992355) without purification. The kit adopts a one-step reaction process, which does not need multiple purification steps, and can carry out efficient and rapid end repair and dA-tailing on extremely low DNA samples. It is simpler and more convenient to operate and has higher library conversion efficiency.
