  • Description

    The TIANSeq Stranded RNA-Seq Kit (Illumina) is a dedicated kit for the construction of strand-specific transcriptome libraries for the Illumina high-throughput sequencing platform. RNA library can be rapidly constructed through a fast one-tube operation process. After the synthesis of double-strand cDNA, the end repair and dA-tailing can be completed in one step, and the product can be directly used for adapter ligation without purification. In addition, this kit adopts specially designed high-fidelity and high-efficiency polymerase, and the enriched PCR products have high fidelity with no base bias.

    The input sample for this kit is rRNA-removed total RNAs (mRNA and other non-coding RNAs) or mRNA directly isolated from the total RNA. The initial template amount of total RNA samples is 10 ng-1 μg, and that of mRNA sample is as low as 1 ng. Application: It is suitable for the construction of RNA library for Illumina High-throughput Sequencing Platform.

    Sample input amount: 10 ng-1 μg total RNA. As low as 1 ng mRNA of animals, plants and fungus.

  • Features

Experimental Example

  • Comparison of library yield

    Figure 1. RNA library of 1 μg human 293T cell total RNA was constructed using TIANSeq Stranded RNASeq Kit and relevant products from Supplier V, K and N. The result shows that TIANSeq Stranded RNA-Seq Kit has significantly higher yield than that of Supplier V, K and N.

  • Uniform transcriptome coverage

    Figure 2. RNA library of 1 μg human 293T cell total RNA was constructed using TIANSeq Stranded RNASeq Kit and relevant products from Supplier V, K and N. The result shows that TIANSeq Stranded RNASeq Kit had a highly uniform coverage from 5 'to 3' end, which was superior to that of Supplier V, and performance was similar as the products of Supplier N and K.

  • Wide application range of sample input

    Figure 3. TIANSeq Stranded RNA-Seq Kit is compatible with 10 ng-1 μg total RNA input, and the library constructed under different sample inputs has high consistency. The result shows that the correlation coefficient of gene expression between libraries reached above 0.99 under the total RNA input of 10 ng and 1 μg of 293T cell, and the data consistency was high.
