TIANSeq Small RNA Library Kit (Illumina) is a small RNA library construction kit developed for Illumina high-throughput sequencing platform. The 3'and 5' ends of small RNA are ligated with universal adaptors respectively. After reverse transcription, PCR amplification and purification with PAGE or magnetic beads, the sequencing library suitable for Illumina platform can be obtained. The kit is supplied with all the reagents needed for library construction. All components are optimized and strictly controlled to ensure the stability and repeatability of library construction.
