TIANSeq Tn5 Transposase is a highly active mutant of wild-type Tn5 transposase, which can efficiently insert Tn5 transposons into target gene sequences. TIANSeq Tn5 Transposase can efficiently recognize the mosaic end (ME) sequence of Tn5 transposase. For both prokaryotes and eukaryotes, the transposition efficiency of DNA is higher than that of wild type. It can be widely used in the fields of in vitro transgene (exogenous gene integration into host cells) and NGS library construction.
