  • Procedure

    Designed for use with the TGuide S96 Automated Nucleic Acid Extractor, this workflow enables efficient purification of circulating nucleic acids (cfDNA and cfRNA) from plasma samples of up to 2 mL. The automated process minimizes hands-on time while delivering high recovery, excellent consistency, and reproducible results.

    1. Prepare the prefilled magnetic bead extraction plate and reagents.
    2. Select either a high-yield protocol for maximum cfDNA recovery or a rapid workflow for faster processing.
    3. Load pretreated plasma samples, Carrier RNA, and consumables into the TGuide S96 system.
    4. Run the automated large-volume circulating nucleic acid extraction protocol.
    5. Recover purified circulating nucleic acids for downstream molecular applications.

    Purified nucleic acids are suitable for PCR, qPCR, liquid biopsy research, molecular diagnostics, biomarker analysis, and next-generation sequencing (NGS).
