The TGuide S96 Automated Nucleic Acid Extractor is a versatile automated platform for high-throughput and large-volume purification of DNA and RNA. The system processes up to 96 samples simultaneously and can be expanded to handle up to 192 samples in a single run, making it an efficient solution for laboratories managing high sample volumes and demanding throughput requirements.
For applications requiring greater sample input, an optional 24-position large-volume module supports processing volumes of up to 5 mL per sample. This flexibility enables efficient extraction from plasma, serum, whole blood, urine, and other low-abundance specimens, making the system well suited for cell-free DNA (cfDNA) studies, liquid biopsy research, and molecular diagnostic workflows.
