Description
TGreen Transilluminator adopts LED blue light source, amber filter and 470-520 nm excitation light material, which can be used for observation and cutting of gels loaded with GFP protein, or nucleic acid stained with a variety of safety dyes/EB. The TGreen Transilluminator can achieve perfect gel observation and cutting effect with no ultraviolet radiation, and provide a safe and humanized laboratory environment.
This instrument can also be applied to other fluorescence observation with excitation wavelengths of 470-520 nm, such as proteins, small animals and plants with GFP tag.

Precautions
● Do not pour liquid directly on the instrument.
● Do not block vents.
● Power off immediately after use.
● Place in proper area to prevent injury to the operator.
● The sample surface of the TGreen Transilluminator is a glass plate for gel cutting. After use, use bleach or industrial alcohol to clean the surface of the TGreen Transilluminator.
● The TGreen Transilluminator is equipped with thermal protection to prevent overheating.
● Always wear disposable gloves during operation.

Quality Assurance
The warranty period of TGreen Transilluminator is 12 months. Damage caused by improper operation or unauthorized modification with accessories or spare parts not provided by TIANGEN is not covered by the warranty. The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal spoilage, radioactive contamination or improper cleaning. Fuse wire is not covered by warranty.

Important Notes
Please read the user's manual carefully before using TGreen Transilluminator. The instrument is mainly used for laboratory observation of dye containing nucleic acids and proteins in gel, and can only be operated by professionals. The amber filter provides a certain blue light protection. It is designed to protect people operating the instrument while clearly observing stained nucleic acids and proteins in gels.

Gel Cutter (OSE-GC)
With TIANGEN's unique Gel Cutter(OSE-GC), gel-cutting is no longer troublesome. With a simple press and push, the gel block can be directly transfered to the EP tube, and the whole gel-cutting process is completed.

Installation and Use
The instrument must be placed on the workbench. Make sure there are no obstacles within 10 cm around to keep ventilation.
Connect the instrument to the power supply and the adapter that provides 12 V DC voltage.

Usage of the Instrument
Put gel/sample on the transparent glass. It is suggested to wear gloves to prevent skin from contacting the gel and dye directly. Turn on the switch, and the LED light in the unit should start to light on the glass support. Turn off the power after observing the sample or cutting the gel.

Instrument Installation
Carefully open the package and protective cover of the TGreen Transilluminator as follows:
● Remove the top foam.
● Take the instrument out of two foam shells and put it on a stable horizontal bench.
● Remove the plastic protective film from the transparent glass viewing surface and amber filter.
