    TGuide M16 is a simple, fast and cost-effective instrument that can automatically purify nucleic acids from samples such as whole blood, viruses, tissues, plants, bacteria, cultured cells, etc. It can be widely used in medical sample banks, scientific research and testing units. With pre-input programs and reagent tanks pre-loaded with magnetic beads reagents, the instrument can provide automated nucleic acid purification solutions with good consistency and high stability for each busy laboratory.

    Reagent cartridge design

    The special shape design of the wells ensures that the beads are fully mixed with the samples and that the washing buffer can be completely drawn up to prevent the remaining of impurities. The reagents required for the experiment have been pre-packed in the reagent cartridge and the cartridge is sealed to avoid contamination.



    Pipette tip design

    The pipette tip is specially designed with a one-character groove to ensure the accurate volume of solution to be drawn up. The inaccurate aspiration volume due to the inhalation of air can be well avoid.
