Multi-Sample DNA Extraction Performance

Experimental Setup: TGuide S16 Automated Nucleic Acid Extractor with TGuide Smart Universal DNA Kit (GDP605-DE). Elution volume: 100 μl.

Results: High-quality genomic DNA was successfully extracted from a variety of sample types, including cultured cells, animal tissues, blood, dried blood spots (DBS), Lactobacillus, E. coli, saliva and swabs.
